Built for Managed Service Providers

Contact sync that scales with your practice

Deploy CYNC across every Microsoft 365 tenant you manage. On-premise, Graph-API-native, and priced so you keep your margin — starting at €0.29/user/month with 10 users free per tenant.

Contact sync shouldn't be this hard

Every IT admin knows the pain: company contacts don't appear on mobile devices. For MSPs managing dozens of tenants, the problem multiplies.

Script sprawl across tenants

Maintaining per-tenant PowerShell scripts is fragile. Credentials expire, EWS endpoints break silently, and there is no central view of what is working.

Per-user costs eat your margin

Cloud sync solutions like CiraSync are widely reported around $5/user/month. Across 20 tenants that cost compounds fast — leaving little for your managed-service margin.

Client data leaves the network

Cloud-based sync tools route contact data through third-party servers. For regulated clients that is a deal-breaker — and a liability for your business.

Purpose-built for multi-tenant management

One installation per tenant. No cloud middleman. Pricing that preserves your margin.

Data sovereignty

On-premise architecture

CYNC runs as a Windows Service on your client's server or VM. Contact data never leaves the tenant — perfect for healthcare, legal, and finance clients.

Future-proof

Modern Graph API

Built entirely on Microsoft Graph — no EWS dependency. Fully compatible with Microsoft's post-2026 roadmap and Entra ID certificate auth.

Common MSP questions

Can I use one CYNC license across multiple client tenants?

Each tenant requires its own CYNC installation and license. However, the 10-user free tier applies per tenant — so small clients may not need a paid license at all.

How do I manage CYNC remotely without RDP?

CYNC's Windows Service exposes a gRPC endpoint over HTTPS with Windows-integrated authentication. You can monitor sync status, view history, and adjust settings from any machine on the domain — or remotely via VPN.

Does CYNC work on Windows Server Core?

Yes. The sync engine runs as a headless Windows Service that works on Server Core. The WinUI dashboard is optional and only needed for local interactive management.

What happens when Microsoft fully retires EWS?

Nothing — CYNC is built entirely on Microsoft Graph API. There is zero EWS dependency. Read our EWS deprecation guide for background.

Is there volume or partner pricing for MSPs?

CYNC uses automatic bracket-based volume discounts: the more users across a tenant, the lower the per-user price (down to €0.18/user/month on annual). Contact us for custom MSP partnership enquiries.

How does CYNC compare cost-wise to CiraSync?

CiraSync does not publish pricing, but figures widely reported online put it around $5/user/month. CYNC starts at €0.29/user/month — roughly an order of magnitude cheaper at most tiers. With 500 users on annual billing, CYNC costs approximately €102.90/month (request a current quote from CiraSync for an exact comparison).
